Welcome back to Found-Her! Today, I walk through how hiring a part-time personal assistant gave me space to think again and ultimately supported my business in ways I couldn’t see at the time. I was at a point where I felt completely depleted and I knew I needed help, but I was unable to see where to hire next. What started as personal support slowly evolved into something much bigger and, as the company grew, so did my capacity to care for myself and lead well.
